New Era Technology Acquires FlexManage
Chicago, IL – February 14, 2020
New Era Technology has closed on its acquisition of FlexManage, a Chicago-based national Microsoft Solution Provider that provides consulting and managed services to its customers nationwide. FlexManage, was a portfolio company of Eureka Equity Partners, a Philadelphia-based private equity firm focused on investing in and building niche-market leaders at the lower end of the middle market.
Layer 7 Capital acted as FlexManage’s exclusive financial advisor for the transaction. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
